Women@Dior Mentoring Programme 2026
During the event, Ms Luisa Fietta, General Manager of Christian Dior Hong Kong and Macau, shared her professional development journey, and how she benefitted from mentoring. Ms Fietta advised the students to be open-minded and proactive in this mentorship process as being a mentee means more than just receiving knowledge and guidance, it also involves bringing new insights to the mentors.
After the sharing, the students connected their respective mentors, experts drawn from various backgrounds such as legal, digital, IT, store, merchandising and finance.
The event wrapped up with a special guided tour to the Dior pop-up store at Landmark, giving participants an insider’s look at the brand’s retail space. The year-long programme aims to be a fruitful journey of professional and educational growth, as well as shared experiences through the creation of lasting mentoring relationships for both mentors and mentees.
Chloe Ho (BBA-JD, Year 3)
Embarking on the Women@Dior journey has already been an incredibly eye-opening experience. Meeting my mentor, Natalie, Regional Legal Counsel, was definitely the highlight of the day. Our initial conversations have already given me a lot to think about regarding the practical side of the luxury industry. As a student navigating both business and law, I have often wondered how these two worlds truly intersect in a corporate setting. Speaking with Natalie provided a much clearer picture of how the legal function acts as a steward for the Maison’s creative vision.
Elita Lai (BBA-JD, Year 3)
I am honoured to join the Women@Dior Mentoring Programme as a 2026 mentee. The Welcome Event gave me a clear and grounded introduction to the maison’s history and values. I especially enjoyed seeing the pop-up store at Landmark, where handbags and accessories were presented like patisserie creations. Meeting my mentor, Alwin, and discussing digital and omnichannel experiences deepened my appreciation of how technology and storytelling intertwine in luxury. I look forward to learning from my mentor and peers, and to growing through this journey together.

I am extremely grateful to Rosalind for being my mentor. Not only did she share with me her unique insights on luxury brand building, but also deepen my understanding of the brand story and the importance of IT in enhancing Dior’s customer experience. I am excited to keep trying and learning from this amazing Women@Dior journey.

I am deeply grateful and honored to be part of the Women@Dior Mentoring Programme—a journey that has already inspired me in so many ways. It began with the kick-off event, where Ms Luisa Fietta shared a powerful lesson: the importance of stepping back to reflect before making decisions. That wisdom stayed with me as I met my mentor, Kylie, a store supervisor who opened my eyes to entrepreneurship, management, and the beauty of fashion. From our meaningful conversation, I gained real-life business insights that have deeply shaped my career reflections.

The programme has offered me a meaningful look into how a luxury house operates behind the scenes. Meeting my mentor, Kate, has been a true highlight. Her dedication to her work at Christian Dior and her openness in sharing her journey have left a strong impression on me. Moving forward, I hope to better understand how different teams within a luxury maison work together, from strategy to daily operations. I look forward to developing a stronger professional mindset, and making the most of every opportunity this programme has to offer.

I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of the Women@Dior Mentoring Programme. I am especially thankful to meet my mentor, Mandy, who shared her expertise, listened to my challenges with care, and offered thoughtful advice. The visit to the pop-up store further deepened my appreciation for how storytelling and design come together to create meaningful brand experiences. It was an inspiring experience, and I look forward to continuing this journey of exploration and growth as a mentee.
