What are Corporate Projects?

To provide opportunities for students to tap into and engage with the business world, CUHK Business School offers a unique platform for students to learn from the industry experts through the credit-bearing courses Corporate Projects. Under the guidance of the partner corporates and faculty supervisors, students in small teams carry out research and analysis in a collaborative manner to develop strategic, feasible, and innovative solutions to address the specific topics offered by our corporate partners. In Corporate Projects, each team also demonstrates their self-initiative, communication skills, and the ability to successfully fulfil the project requirements. At the end of the course, students conduct a presentation to the partner corporates and submit a reflection paper.

By participating in the Corporate Projects, students are being given the chance to apply the theories, knowledge, and techniques that they learned from lectures and textbooks in a real business setting. Corporate Projects also help students to understand businesses from a professional perspective and prepare them for the challenges in the fast-paced, ever-evolving business environment.
