The Undergraduate Office (UGO) is now looking for a group of energetic, motivated, and passionate business undergraduates to join in as Student Ambassadors, and represent the CUHK Business School to the public in outreach and admission-related activities. Roles of Student Ambassadors
Student ambassadors would be working closely with the Undergraduate Office, to participate in activities through the following channels:
(I) On- and Off-campus outreach activities
- Share with prospective students your university life and study experience from a student’s perspective.
- Connect with your alma mater to arrange admission talks / alumni sharing / campus tours (activity could be held in secondary school or CUHK campus or online).
- Assist in planning and organising outreach activities, such as admission talks, faculty / campus visits, CUHK Business School Inauguration Ceremony and CUHK Information Day for Undergraduate Admissions, and more.
(II) Social media exposure
- Participate in image photo and video shooting to promote CUHK Business School.
- Contribute content and be featured on brochures, videos, promotional materials, website and media, etc.
(III) Fast pass access to UGO events
- Enjoy fast pass access to UGO events: helper application / overseas study tours / career development programmes and mentorship programmes.
(IV) Exclusive training and opportunity
- Receive tailor-made leadership and public speaking workshops as part of the Student Ambassadors Training Programme.
- Exclusive opportunity to take on significant roles, such as group leaders and MCs, in UGO events.
- Receive a set of professional portrait shooting.
Who are we looking for?
- Current undergraduate students from all business majors.
- Have good knowledge and are familiar with the admission procedure.
- Passionate about promoting the CUHK Business School and our undergraduate programmes to prospective students.
- Outgoing, energetic, presentable and proactive.
