CUHK Business School Showcases a Vibrant Campus Experience on CUHK Information Day for Undergraduate Admissions 2023

The CUHK Information Day for Undergraduate Admissions took place on the 21st of October 2023, with over 13,000 visitors being attracted to CUHK Business School located at Cheung Yu Tung Building. The event provided an opportunity for visitors to obtain the latest information regarding admission to our comprehensive business programmes, career prospects, global experiential learning opportunities, and student campus lifestyle.

The event commenced with “Undergraduate Studies Admission talk: Why Study Business at CUHK?” followed by the admission talk and alumni sharing of the Integrated BBA Programme, both delivered by Prof. Andrew Ng, Assistant Dean (Undergraduate Studies) of the CUHK Business School. He shared valuable information with the prospects, stating, “We connected students to real-world business experiences through our mentorship and internship programmes. Our student development programme complemented the formal curriculum, enabling whole-person development.” Prof. Ng said.

Another highlight of the day was the admission talk and alumni sharing session on the Global Business Studies programme, delivered by Dr. Fred Ku, Associate Dean (Undergraduate Studies) of the CUHK Business School. The audience was captivated by Dr. Ku’s insightful presentation as he explained the finer details of the programme. “By providing an internationally oriented curriculum and a global learning experience, students can tailor their educational journey to their individual needs, equipping themselves to thrive in a dynamic global business environment. Our primary objective is to nurture students into visionary leaders who can make positive impacts on the global community,” stated Dr. Ku.

Simultaneously, the admission talk and alumni sharing of the Integrated BBA Programme was conducted by Dr. Rosette Leung, Associate Director of the Integrated BBA Programme. The session was a major draw, with a full house eagerly listening to valuable advice and personal experiences shared by our alumni. Dr. Leung shed light on the distinctive features of CUHK Business School. “CUHK Business School is not only focused on offering a broad-based business training programme, but we also strive to provide students with the most updated information on global developments. Our aim is to prepare them to become future business leaders,” said Dr. Leung.
