Yu Ka-po (IBBA, Year 2)

Ka-po stressed the importance of conserving energy at the end of a race as well as during university. In his opinion, there is a correlation between consistent lap times and consistently good grades in school. As graduation draws near, they will have more energy to push themselves to the limit, in the hope of exceeding their previous achievements.

“University for me is a marathon, but not a sprint. It is best to know one’s energy levels, to keep up for a longer amount of time and stay consistent.”
