Adrian Yao Tsz-yan (IBBA, Graduated 2023)

As a representative of CUHK, Tsz-yan has won a championship for CUHK in the sport which he is passionate about and excels at. Despite the fact that his team had failed for three years, he was able to win the championship at the end of his university time. During this period, he is required to balance schoolwork and tennis competitions in order to maintain his level of performance. The sweat is what makes him believe that his journey is meaningful. In his remarks, he encourages all students to explore the different opportunities offered by CUHK and to find something that they are willing to work hard and pursue. “I believe that university is a pathway for students to find what you want or what to pursue.” Tsz-yan said.
